Coral Spawning Watch

The Hawaiian creation chant places the origin of life at the sea, beginning with a coral polyp. Springtime is the beginning of the yearly coral spawning ritual. The signals are subtle. First, the water temperatures begin their gradual rise as the season changes from winter to spring. Next, a fat full moon droops through the heavy clouds of a tropical May spring night. Fishing

Come on board our custom built 40' power catamaran, Hokua, at the Maalaea Small Boat Harbor. We are one of the only boats that can carry more than six passengers. We catch Papio, Ulua, Wrasses, and other Hawaiian bottom fish. As an extra bonus, we troll between bottom fishing spots. All new top of the line equipment, no license required. We can handle up to 10 anglers plus riders. We are out for 4 hours 1pm-5pm Tues/Thurs/Sat. Keep your catch!
